2-layer boards can ship in 24 hours; 4–8 layer boards in 48–72 hours. Flex and rigid-flex quick-turn typically runs 3–5 days depending on layer count and structure. Tell us your deadline in the quote form and we will confirm a committed date.
Gerber RS-274X or ODB++ for fabrication, plus a drill file and board outline. For assembly, add a BOM and pick-and-place (centroid) file. We also accept native KiCad and Eagle files.
Yes. Send your impedance targets and layer assignments, or ask our engineers to design the stackup for you. We verify with TDR testing and include coupons on request.
